An Internet posting purportedly by Al Qaeda in Yemen says a Saudi national released from Guantanamo in 2008 is now the group's second in command.

He was released to Saudi Arabia in 2007 and passed through a Saudi rehabilitation program for former jihadists before resurfacing with Al Qaeda in Yemen, the New York Times reported Friday.
