Alabama school Bans word "Easter"

    Happy Easter!

    Maybe everyone should send that teacher an Easter card....

    You can't win.

    People didn't like the greatest prophet who ever lived and they didn't like God in human flesh:

    Luke 7:33 (KJV) For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.
    34 The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners!

    Now some want to dump the word Easter but others say it is a perfectly good Anglo-Saxon word. Being a WASP, I wish you "Happy Easter!"
