Amendment 48 and pro-life

    A law student has succesfully added an amendment to her state's ballot granting fertilized eggs personhood, but is getting resistance from the pro-life movement:

    I doubt we're hearing the whole story, though I understand National Right to Life's position. It could be a setback to their movement, but only as it is organized right now. If National Right to Life were half as aggressive as the pro child murder groups, they would be a force to reckon with.

    If some groups keep going back they will end up fautling the adults for murder because they changed their minds before conception.

    Thoughts? Doesn't matter. This measure was voted down by Coloradans by a 3:1 margin on election day.
