That is the crux of the issue with socialized railroads. If private enterprise says passenger trains are obsolete and money losing, then why does the government think that socialized railroads deserve the money of hard-working taxpayers? It is like Harry Reid's massive expenditure to investigate flying saucers. Too much waste.
