    These requirements are for people being naturalized. One can be born as a citizen with out meeting any of those requirements.

    Yes, if they are a citizen then they can vote the candidate of their choosing. I can't talk about who anyone votes for remembering the year I voted for Ross Perot. Looking back, I'm glad my man lost...

    I believe the Republican's did the last census, it should be the Democrats turn this time. Don't matter to us moderates, we win no matter who does it.
