    A private organization can engage in this activity all its wants. It has nothing to do with government policy.

    Not me, I applaud her and her Church for the effort in converting the lost. Even if only one turns it was a great meeting and worth every effort.

    I don't know how this will sit with g@y republicans but this voting liberal is all for it and pray for success on behalf of the kingdom.

    I still have a very difficult time believing that anyone that professes Christianity could go for the Democrat's platform - period. Baby killing, gay rights, open borders, a welfare socialist society, and weak on defense of this country.

    Simple - John McCain is a warmonger, John McCain wants to continue giving big tax breaks to the rich and to big corporations and crumbs to the rest of us, John McCain wants to tax our health care benefits, John McCain claims he has poor knowledge about economics, John McCain wants to continue to divide us into red and blue states instead of uniting us as the United States, John McCain wants to continue a foreign policy that has cost us our role as a leading light for democracy in the world.

    Notice, Ken, how much of your complaint is about money in your pocket. You would rather ignore the moral issues on the pretense of it being about money. Truth be told, Obama will take far more of your money. But the messed up values you demonstrate is concerning.

    Furthermore, it is disturbing to see your continued lack of concern about life, whether it be the unborn here or the already born in places in like Iraq who were being systematically murdered by Hussein.

    It seems the only life you care about is the life of wolves in wilderness Alaska.

    But take heart, I am concluding that you are simply playing the devil's advocate. I have serious doubts that you are serious about any of this. It is too comical to be true.

    Then you are concluding wrongly. I couldn't be more serious.

    Also, you are wrong about taxes. The only people that do better under McCain's tax plan than Obama's tax plan are those who make at least $112,000, and I don't make that much.

    This thread is getting completely off topic:tonofbricks:

    The subject at hand is are you excited about the fact that Barracuda's home church (even if it is Pentecostal :saint: !) is seeking to change the hearts of homos@xuals thur the power of our blessed Lord Jesus Christ!

    There are plenty of threads to discuss $$, war, abortion, and etc.

    Personally, I am excited about this, from what I have read. I have a pastor friend near Anchorage, and I plan on calling him to day, to see what he knows about this.

    I have been very involved in politics over the years - I have even run for public office - but the calling of the ministry in much higher and I trust the Lord that he will bless our ministry in Camillus.

    I would call the pastor at the moment, but it is 4 am - I don't think he would be too happy with a call at this time of the am:laugh:
