You have to go back and go read on all pages, you might find something more.
How about I read the Bible instead? The Bible says that antichrist:
- denies that Jesus is the Christ (1 John 2:22)
- denies the Father and the Son (1 John 2:22)
- does not confess that Jesus came in the flesh (1 John 4:3, 2 John 1:7)
Not one single 1611 King James Biblical definition of "antichrist" applies to the Catholic Church, who takes a position *exactly opposite* to the Biblical definition of "antichrist". The Catholic Church *affirms* Jesus is the Christ. It *affirms* the Father and the Son. It *does* confess that Jesus came in the flesh. So who are you going to believe: the Bible, or the very confused "www.jesus-is-lord.com"?

As to that old canard about "But since We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty...", here is another sentence in the same paragraph: "We feel drawn to follow the example of Our Redeemer and Master, Jesus Christ..." Now, really, does that sound like the antichrist speaking? Of course, none of the hundreds of anti-Catholic sites who quote the first part ever quote this latter sentence. Simple error or malice, you decide.
But some good did come out of this thread. I found a nice site: Papal Encyclicals
It also occurs to me that that site really is an anti-Christ slideshow. Just not in the way they think...
the confession that Jesus came "in the flesh" is eluding to the death of the believers old carnal spirit and the resurrection of the spirit of Jesus christ into the flesh of the believer.
we can identify those in every religion and can rightly call these people "antichrist" because they deny the return of the resurrected spirit of christ "within them"
denying the spirit within the believer also can be said to deny having the spirit of the Father and Son within the believer.
these people believe that their old carnal spirit has been washed clean instead of being "dead and buried". they can be identified as those "waiting" for the return of the lord" when in actuality they are denying the actual return of his spirit within the believer by faith.
these live by the creation of living by a set of rules and laws to please their imagination of what they think God will accept of their efforts.
instead of humbly accepting his rule and plans for their life by accepting Jesus (their new christ and Lord) into their hearts.
ALL RELIGIONS HAVE THESE PEOPLE IN THEM.
antichrists are those.
1. Not accepting that their old spirit has been Judged and placed in death
2. Not accepting the Office of the one and only Christ.."High Priest before God"
3. Not accepting the position of Jesus being the Son, and one with the Father.
4. Not accepting the actuality of the resurrection and return of Christ "into their flesh".
5. Not those who have recognized receiving a new spirt. but retaining their old spirit and meerly having God clean it up somewhat. thus not having the new and different spirit of Jesus Christ in them.
the foundation that Christ builds in every believer is the relationship of himself and us being "one in Spirit". It is the recognition and revelation that is based on receiving His new spirit inside mankind that mankind cannot supply for itself.
the temple within the believer is built on this very "Rock". the spirit of Christ within the new believer.
The True Spirit Believers receive while still physically alive and not having to wait until their physical death to welcome into our (after)life.
think about those who deny or forbid marrying.
that would be those teaching or espousing that the spirit of Jesus is not within the believer and that the new believers will not to be joined with the will of Jesus. the two not becoming one. but rather that the new believer learn a new set of lifestyle choices based on listening to the admninistration of the religion that the believer is presently serving.

This is mild stuff compared with the material I have run across in my near 20 years of Catholic apologetics.
Hearing this stuff from the pulpit when I was a Fundamentalist Protestant was one of the reasons I simply had to look into it.
I found it to be gargage...

Actually it is about a heresy called Docetism that denied that jezus ever had a real human body.

I cant. at least to someone who doesnt believe in the miraclous power of God Himself.
and this comes from the facts that Jesus left no evidence for you and me today to verify his existence...
but I do have the witness inside me. if I believe that the truth in which God speaks to me to be true. Jesus is "in me". He lived and died and was resurrected inside Me.
So I believe He had to have lived in the Flesh.
Now, I have evidence of this truth..inside me.
as does everyone else who doesnt nor has ever heard of the heresy of Docetism, but yet demands today proof of Jesus past existence in Mankinds history....

an indoctrination ceremony with a "secret" that only thay know. that the spirit is within them.

As babes in Christ we as a living testimony witness to the humility and pureness of the believers faith.
if within the progressive childlike walk in faith. the word of faith being the message of "Christ in you".."the hope of glory"..if these children become puffed up and fall away from the faith of the message of the new spirit inside them. they can soon fall into apostasy of living by faith and miss the opportunity to receive the truth of the "revelation". they change the truth of the word of faith into something different to serve their purpose. the new truth that it is infact not the true spirit of Christ in them, but their puffed up imaginations that their old spirit has becomed "renewed" without being judged, and replaced.
that they really didnt die or were in death.
how did they get into death in the first place.
they took on a challenge that they could live by the law and become successful at following its precepts. the real truth of God giving them the law was to kill their ability and bring them to the conclusion that they deserved death and in and of their own efforts. they were incapable of purifying their old spirit and in need of the miraculous act of God to give them a new righteous Spirit.
and whose spirit were they to receive?.
the only ressurrected and righteous spirit.
the spirit of "Christ in You"
Now you have intellectual proof necessary to identify Antichrist influences on the brother and sister not living within their potential.
It springs from a doubt in Gods ability to Raise them from the dead. For if We have Jesus Spirit within Us.
We have proof that We have been Risen also.."With Christ" from the dead. and can easily declare Jesus has defeated all powers against US, even the Power of Death and Rightly deserves to Be called Lord.
