Despite billions of dollars pledged to it late last year, the Palestinian Authority is caught in a serious financial crunch, mainly due to the failure of Arab countries to fulfill their commitments, reports said on Tuesday.

Whats new? Looks like their past record. Each uprising cost the Palestinians job and money which drives up their cost to be kept as a player in that part of the world. If my history is correct or was taught correctly back in the 50's, there isn't a Palestinians people perse.
