I would honestly make this a civil suit if I could. So this kid - who needs the special education and the kids who need to be removed from the public education system are still there with no punishment? I'd definitely sue the school district for making my child's education a dangerous and harassing environment. Don't mess with mama-bear!

The teen has since been removed from the special education math class, and the students accused of bullying have reportedly not been punished.
