    In 2008, Obama said that, as President, he would raise taxes on capital gains and dividends for higher-income taxpayers. He has not done so.

    In 2008, Obama said that, as president, he would ”eliminate all income taxation of seniors making less than $50,000 per year”. He has not done so.

    In 2008, Obama said that, as President, he would ”ensure that federal contracts over $25,000 are competitively bid”. He has not done so.

    In 2008, Obama said that, as president, he would increase the tax credits for child care and dependent care, and make such credits refundable. He has not done so.

    Just want to point out that these are broken promises, not flip-flops. Of course there are plenty of flip-flops on the list, but these don't qualify.

    True- I did not compile the list. I did not count, but there are at least as many Obama flip-flops as Romney's.

    I'm glad his flip-flops on the genocides in Darfur & Armenia are mentioned. I'd like to see those blamed on a GOP Congressional block. I didn't see his promise to let us peasants review the bills before he passed them.

    The goal is to defeat Obama in the election. I would suggest Romney stay away from the subject of flip-flops.
