Been thinking when this virus is over, will many huge wrongful death lawsuits be filed?

On the news people have been placing blame for things like the lack of PPE as why their family members died, or lack of medical equipment like respirators.
So then also pain and suffering and medical malpractice.
I can easily imagine the lawyers running wild with compensation claims by surviving family members eager to cash in on this tragedy.

Maybe with the final judgment, but I think there is too much Mammon worship for anything to happen to China.
