    BERG v. OBAMA et al
Plaintiff Philip J. Berg alleged that Defendant Barack Obama is not eligible for the Office of the President because Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian citizen and naturalized in Indonesia.

Why isn't Obama co-operating with this investigation into his eligibility to be President?

Wouldn't it be very upsetting to our nation to have it be determined after the election (should he win) that he is not constitutionally eligible?

Wouldn't it be best for our nation for Obama to co-operate fully at this time and settling the issue rather than putting our nation to risk?

    I started this thread here:

You can see it is a non-issue here on the BB from the general tone of replies on that thread. I think it is important, but some people here don't think so. Anyway, it would be interesting to see how the lawsuit turns out. Too bad the media never vetted Obama like they do everyone else, though. If his rise to power is fraudulent (as has been shown on several threads, DNC disenfranchisement, ACORN, etc.), then it would be interesting to see if his birth certificate is fraudulent as well.
