Bernie Sanders Is Hospitalized, Raising Questions About His Candidacy

He has no candidacy left. The nominee will be a woman arguably even crazier than he is.

 

Bernie was not going to win the nomination in any case and now with this serious health issue it's over for him. Let's just hope for his sake that unlike Biden he realizes this and does the honorable thing and retires.

 

He simply had an angioplasty... not surgery!
Usually the patients are sent home the following day.
Serious but life still goes on without much limitation.
He’ll be seeing the cardiologist a few times over the year.

Bernie will be going to Cuba for advanced socialized communist healthcare that is unavailable in the USA since we are a thousand years more advanced in capitalist healthcare and we don't do socialized Cuban voodoo cigar-smoking witch doctors. Bernie is shamed that capitalistic American medical care is the best in the world.

 

He will stay until Hills gets in, so he can add another house & car\cars to his portfolio. His supporters should know the drill by now.

 

Hope Bernie stays in, so he can scatter the Dem vote. I believe he might run an indy campaign of his own if not nominated. Remember, he's NOT a Dem but an Indy anyway.

 

Bernie campaign finally reveals — it was a heart attack!

"The statement, released after Sanders left the hospital, marked the first time the campaign had acknowledged he had a heart attack. Aides had previously declined to answer questions about his diagnosis."

"Asked Friday why they waited to announce the diagnosis, Sanders campaign spokesman Mike Casca said, 'We just wanted to wait until he was discharged to give out the information all at once'."

 

Politics today is all about controlling the media. Heart attack sounds bad. Of course he wouldn’t want that to leak out.

But Angioplasties are performed emergently when a person is having a heart attack.
If the procedure is performed within a few hours of the blockage, the extent of the heart attack is greatly reduced... often being defined by a simple rise in blood enzymes rather than any outward physical limitations. Nothing much.

As a person ages, their blood vessels naturally narrow. The bodies response is to create new vessels. We are born with three major blood vessels to the heart. As we age we have many more. A person in their 70’s has already developed these branched vessels, greatly minimizing the extent of any damage when a vessel closes.

Bernie’s heart attack, if handled quickly, in all likelihood, was minimal.

Now, we haven’t seen the catheterization report yet.
Perhaps we should start an investigation and subpoena the report.
