American boys are taught at a young age dull knives are more dangerous than sharp ones. Sure some other countries do the same. Not this judge.

I'm in favor of banning all motorized vehicles.

Vehicles (cars, planes, trains, boats, motorcycles, ...) have killed far more people than any other human made invention.

Would it not be better to be killed by a falling rock then a vehicle "accident?"

Makes sense. The UK seems a bit odd on a few things to me, and knives are sharp. When we started teaching my son, as a toddler, how to use a knife we started him off with a butter knife and let him cut softer foods. Dull 'em down. When they learn to use butter knives properly then reintroduce sharp ones. Perhaps when they master the proper use of the knife allow them to use BB guns (that's how we started off teaching my son about handling firearms). And when they master the BB gun then perhaps they can be responsible enough as a whole (as a society...there will always be nuts around who will commit crimes) to own firearms.

Systemic stupidity is a contagion. It infects rational beings with a virus that results in wide-spread irrational behavior. England, Scotland, and Wales are on one big island. Maybe we can quarantine them from the rest of humanity? Wait. Too late. We have our own contagion here. I know the remedy but it is not pleasant.
