    Since the Administration seems so focused on proper diplomatic Protocol (or does it only apply to speeches before Congress and open letters?), I would have thought that Obama would have called immediately. Other countries' leaders have.

    Waiting makes him look petty and bitter.

    Obama did call, but just to lecture Netanyahu on how he should run his country and to reiterate his demands for a 2 state "solution".

    No congratulations at all. Still acting like a petulant child angry because he can't get his way. He continues to be a total embarrassment to the country.
