Well. do not know ANY who could legally buy those items, as its mainly good ole shotguns, rifles, and pistols!Agreed, but I have never actually asked for this. What I ask is that types of guns civilians carry be defined. Otherwise just buy a tank and the mortar to go with it and defend your stuff.

When God set up the rebels as their own nation, He ordained a new government over the land, which the people are to obey.
In a perfect environment, Britain would have been so moved by Godward people that it changed. Note that Rome changed, not by Christian rebellion, but by Christian love in the face of persecution. That is the path prescribed for Christians, not picking up arms and killing those we disagree with. The rebels in the Revolution were in the wrong and the Bible points this out.
Perhaps Christians should read their Bibles more than watch Faux News.

How is the defense of one’s home, farm, industry & family considered ungodly?!? Remember, the British royal family at the time were all Hanoverian Germans and their tactics among the Highland Scots was to bayonet and or shoot every last one of them… they also shot families who disagreed with their Anglican religion (evidence the Presbyterian Covenanters and Irish RC’s). After observing that and being taxed via the whims of English parliament W/o any representation, I would claim that the colonists had every right to rebel against an authoritarian government… thus the militias were employed as the means of defense & liberty. There may come a time when we must again exercise our rights (Constitutional) once again to eradicate tyrannical government.
