Utterly laughable. The Dems ever and always falsely accuse others of what they themselves are guilty.
Biden was the Obama VP for eight years prior to Trump. No excuses. If the Dems didn’t want the job back, they shouldn’t have schemed the election. As soon as they were back in office, they did as promised immediately canceling or reversing every Trump measure promoting and protecting US interests.
The Dems don’t care about America or Americans, only about wielding power as “evil empire” rulers.

It isn’t Biden and he doesn’t think. He’s a mere puppet. He certainly didn’t do the report. The Dems are lockstep and may already be set for another four years. But there’s still a long way to go in this term.
It's on Biden. He was in the top office when he ordered it.
