Seems there is another sub-culture of Christianity on the horizon.

Similar to the Amish and Mennonites conservative Christians may develop into isolated demographic groups keeping to themselves.

Yes, Camp Fire Girls went coed decades ago; the organization's name is now just "Camp Fire".
Even Southern Baptists now have the coed "Children in Action"; previously just had Girls in Action and Royal Ambassadors.
