    I wonder if the state/commonwealth and or insurance company does a background check when you get a drivers license?

    Brave men will always defend their liberties just as the cowards will always call them crazy for doing so.

    I wonder how many inalienable rights have been turned into privileges the state can choose to either grant or deny because of this "reasoning".

    A background check never stopped a criminal from committing a crime, just like locks never stop a robber from breaking in.

    The existence of background checks didn't stop the shooting in MA.
