    BUSTED: TEXAS OFFICIAL FORGED STATE DOCUMENTS FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS, SAY AUTHORITIES


    A Texas official has been indicted on federal charges for allegedly conspiring to provide driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.

    A federal grand jury has issued a six-count indictment against 53-year-old Jose A. Ytuarte, a former Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) employee in Hondo, Texas, and 44-year-old Azeez Mistry of San Antonio, Texas.

    According to the indictments, the two conspired from May 2013 to July 2015 to transfer drivers licenses knowing the identification was produced without lawful authority.

    Whoop-de-doo, a $25,000 unsecured bond and he's out. Wonder if he'll go back to Mexico?

    Him and his partner both worked for DPS and made hundreds of thousand off of these fake licenses, hope they recover them all because you know they're using them to sign up to vote.

    Just a guess, but I don't imagine the feds are really excited about prosecuting this case and don't mind if they jump bail.

    You have to remember whose justice department this is.
