Cain's Accuser filed complaint in next job

It appears that it may be common practice for her to, either get her way or get more money, to file some sort of harrassment lawsuit.

She may just be an insecure leech.

Much cheaper on the whole to write a check than battle the accusation in court.

More to the point:

How long is a person supposed to suffer for an accusation of this nature that has already been filed and settled? When is Cain supposed to have "paid his debt" for these matters?

Honestly, I dislike Cain more because he is friendly with eye of Newt than because these alleged incidents from the past. 20 years ought to have been enough time for any damage seeking on the part of these women. This is mudslinging at its worst.

(Cain is still the only Republican who stands any chance of getting my vote)

He can't ever be paid up. He's a conservative. A black one at that. Double whammy.

Then you do not understand how the industry works. It is many times cheaper to just pay the person and let them go if they will sign a letter of non disclosure then it is to fight the claim.

The same thing is done in many, many insurance claims.

Yes I heard on the news that all 4 are considering joining and coming together as one. These woman really do not want this man in office. I don't either because of his 999 plan and other things, but I don't want to see him destroyed because of false accusations if these are false.
