I might move to California with my wife. Particularly the El Sobrante area. Anybody here from California ? How restrictive are that state's laws on gun ownership and carry ?

In one sentence it says "California recognizes concealed carry from other states" and in the same paragraph, next sentence it says California doesnt recognize ccw's issued by other states.
