Featured Call to Elect a Female SBC President Next Week

Guess God has not realized that we need to upgrade dsome of His "old fashioed views" regarding the roles of men and Women now!

 

The call to elect a female president of the SBC has ended...

I guessed He missed the memo.

 

The public said that we should have chosen Michael Moore.

 

Thats OK< as many missed His memo to them in Psalm 2!

 

And to add to this, why are We doing this, is it political, is it because of pressure from Women's group. Is it because You just think We got to have a woman for Pres.. Is it because the women are threatening to sue GBC, just saying and asking WHY and what difference will a Woman make to the GBC.

 

I think the pressure was to be more appealing to liberals.

 

I would also add to this comment that the very reasons that are being toss about is causing confusion, now My KJV Bible tells me that GOD is not the Author of confusion. Also, what will We accomplish by putting a woman as President of GBC, just saying.

Indeed, would signal a turning away from the word of God!

 

If that was the case then that is just wrong, also why Beth Moore, who is she, what has She done to rate such an office of President, and I still say, what will be different if she does become Pres. of GBC. Just so We have a woman as pres., whoopee !!!!

I looked it up on the Urban Dictionary ... We shouldn't be using that sort of language (even as an acronym).

 

To me "GBC" means Georgia Baptist Convention, but we are not talking about them.

To me, the definition is not all that bad.

 

Some were fairly harmless and some were quite crude.

 

I guess I did not read long enough to get to the crude ones.
