We are free to choose what we desire. Nobody without a change desires God.

So you agree the Holy Spirit chooses who to convict.

And no, I am saying you just said they only desire God when convicted by the Holy Spirit which requires the Holy Spirit to convict. He chooses who to convict.

Read Romans chapter 10 which clearly says that the sinner gets their faith from the hearing of the Word of God. This is what the Bible says it is not my personal theology

A ? for all. And BTW I mean by all, all.

Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 1 Cor 15:51 KJV

Does that statement equate to salvation?

    Romans 10:18-20

But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have, for “Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.” But I ask, did Israel not understand? First Moses says, “I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation I will make you angry.” Then Isaiah is so bold as to say, “I have been found by those who did not seek me; I have shown myself to those who did not ask for me.

God's voice is particular to his sheep.

    John 10:3

To him the gatekeeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

do you know that Romans chapters 9-11, is dealing with the Jews and Gentiles, that is, non-Jews? and has nothing to do with any "reformed" teachings, like election! these chapters have been hijacked the "reformed", to try to get some support of their theories

    Sigh...
Election starts in 8 with adoption. In 9 Paul shows us that the children of the promise are those whom God chooses to have mercy. In 10, God sends his children out so that those whom God chooses to have mercy will hear and believe. In 11 Paul reminds us that God chose Jacob from all the peoples of the earth and from Jacob is the root of salvation. Not all Israel is redeemed so God cuts off the dead branches and chooses to graft a wild and basically useless wild olive into the cultivated tree. Why? Because the root is able to make the wild branch produce fruit.
