    Tax time is coming and the healthcare tax penalty for not purchasing insurance is HUGE too......can Trump stop it before April 15th deadline?

    The tax deadline applies to last year.
    So the answer is no, he can't stop last years penalty, due this April.

    Think he did in his executive action last night, that had Congress stop any more undue/harsh Obamacare penalties going forward!

    He did sign it, as he wanted to stop omgoing actions in order to repeal/replace ObamaCare now!
