The nation’s Catholic bishops have told Congress that they oppose H.R. 3200, America’s Affordable Health Choices Act, as it currently stands, because the health-care reform bill would mandate funding and insurance coverage for abortion.

Well, you can't exactly have something that is legal, in this case abortion, and then decide not to cover it in something like a national health plan. If I am understanding what they are saying, does that mean they are in favor of what is being proposed save the one exception?
