This is hardly a surprise is it.....the Orange parade is designed to aggravate tensions....

The only proper and right response to this, as it seems to me, is to condemn the violence of the mob who attaked a peaceful protest.

This row has been going on for 900 years - you can't isolate one incident and condemn one side.

It might help to read some unbiased sources as well.

Watching the news now. I am convinced that much of the violence had nothing to do with Catholic v Protestant, but was the action of thugs who used the occassion as an excuse to commit crime.

Just as the Whorish Roman 'church' and unregenerate Protestants throughout history used unholy, man-made religion and the name of 'God' to crush and subjugate those who dared stand against them.

Totally contrary to the teachings of Jesus, His Apostles and the true Church throughout the centuries. All of them forgave their tormentors and prayed for their salvation.

I can't fathom living in Ireland with its long history of religious war. It must be like hell on earth at times! Thank God for lights in darkened corners who shine for Christ and the freedom only found in HIM, not religion!
