    We've almost always had dogs -- various breeds throughout the years -- a "Benjie" dog, a golden retriever (wonderful), beagles (long story) and now a maltese (a great small dog).

    She was jealous. Had you gotten rid of the new cat, everything would have been OK. It was her territory, her home, and she wasn't going to share it with another cat.

    Because of superstitions about cats being evil, many were killed during the middle ages, causing the rat population to soar, infecting millions with bubonic plague, or the Black Plague.

    I like dogs but mostly a cat person. They are so low maintenance lol. Except for the litter box thing and my cats usually go to the bathroom outside any way so that's not really a problem.
