You said tort reform. That deals with laws and regulations. Then you say deregulation ... a contradiction ... unless you mean by tort reform that you want all tort reform laws abolished.

What do you think would happen then?

Have you kept up with what has gone on in China where they claim they have laws, but no one enforces them? Do you really want that type of world where there is no check of any kind on companies?
