cellphone advice: gprs cant connect

    hi ive have been having problems using my gprs in my nokia 6310i phone ive been constanly accessing it everyday and every hour.then 1 day it stopped.i thought that because i havent loaded it up w/enough credits (its on prepaid and uses SIM).any tips you can give me? :(

    Ring your company - I have had GPRS shut down, but it never lasts very long.
