The vital question may not be about "changing churches" but rather, is the couple both seeking God's will in the matter. If they are then He will lead them to the perfect decision and both will be happy with it.

If this doesn't happen the wife should faithfully follow her husband. If the husband was wrong in his decision, he may suffer some consequences, but the wife will be blessed for her obedience.

Hmmm. What if the husband's decision is to not go to church at all?

    Paul,

than the lady either should go by herself (if her husband agrees), OR if he has decided that the entire family will not attend church than she needs to stay home.

Its not easy, but I do know of a couple ladies who have been placed in this position by their husband. Usually it is due to an unsaved husband, though.
