There have been numerous threads about North Korea lately, which by itself the country of North Korea is not a threat in the scheme of things. However, adding China as an ally of theirs in a major conflict, well that is a totally different story. At one time, China alone had 200,000,000 + regular troops. (I have seen that figure somewhere before). That, plus their air force, navy, and nuclear forces are quite threat to be reckoned with.

This time round I don't see the PRC opposing the US and the ROK. I do see them using any UN resolution for cover to invade the North, depose the current regime, and keep the US and ROK south of the DMZ.

Hope you are right, and honestly, it is very hard to read Red China in this situation.
