Donald Trump Says He Could Vote for a Gay Presidential Candidate

Among other Christian leaders, Pastor Jeffress, is an outspoken supporter of President Trump.

Is there any wonder why non-believers mock Christians?

1Ti 6:5 KJV - Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

There numerous passages that instruct God's children to separate from godliness.

Satan has deceived professing christians to think they can engage with the world system with impunity.

Voting for anyone who stands for those doesn’t stand for my convictions or principles. I wouldn’t cast a vote for any of them.

Trump isn’t helping himself by catering to the brainwashed homosexuals, . Turning his back on God in order to make some demographic like and possibly vote for him... not good. God delivered him to his position of power, and like many others with power before him, the Most High can strip him of power.

Agreed. Conservatives might be between a rock and a hard place considering the current progressive trends in politics and society.

I just don’t understand, between the churches and politicians who come out and support this make believe about gender and homosexuality, what is the point of trashing God and conforming to society’s trends.

Wait yes I do, it satisfies the flesh.

can't stand Butt, some homosexual scolding Christians that don't agree with him

that would be interesting but I can not think of one LGBT or whatever that's pro-life. Every single one of them to the letter is "pro-choice" up to and including the moment of birth, including Mayor Cheat.

but I get it, you are speaking theoretically, so I would pick the gay pro-lifer in this scenario. One homosexual does a lot less damage than someone who doesn't have a problem with tens of millions of abortions anytime for any reason.

Well, first I am very pro-choice* and very gay **
But for President would never vote for a Pro-abortion candidate or a hom0sexu@l candidate.

    * Yes, I am pro-choice - I believe if the baby chooses abortion, I say go ahead and let him!

** Of course I am gay - I am a very happy person!!!

The gender you have is not assigned at birth according to them, people are gender fluid. That is an attack on the Creator who makes all things according to His will, however they corrupt their way on the earth. Happened back in Genesis 6 and caused God to destroy them and all flesh that breathed air.

11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.
12 So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.

The other way they explain homosexual love, is God made me that way, another corruption though on their part. All these corrupt things were also under the corrupting evil sway of the Nephilim, the seed of the serpent.

13 And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?”
The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
14 So the Lord God said to the serpent:
    “Because you have done this,
You are cursed more than all cattle,
    And more than every beast of the field;
On your belly you shall go,
    And you shall eat dust
All the days of your life.
15 And I will put enmity
    Between you and the woman,
    And between your seed and her Seed;

    He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.”

Another interesting thing about the seed of the serpent. God puts enmity between them. And today we see that visibly demonstrated to us in fallen man who is of Satan who is at enmity with Christ. What we know about also is the enmity between the demons and Christ. The enmity, the hatred shows that they are not of the love of God, and have Satan as their father.

Romans 8:6-8 New King James Version (NKJV)
6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be. 8 So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

Jesus tells us those who do not listen to Him are of their father the devil and their desires are to do the devils will, yet they may claim God as their father but they deny Him by what they do.
    John 6
31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
33 They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?”
34 Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. 35 And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. 36 Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
    Abraham’s Seed and Satan’s
37 “I know that you are Abraham’s descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. 38 I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have [n]seen with your father.”
39 They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.”
Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham. 40 But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. 41 You do the deeds of your father.”
Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.”
42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.
43 Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. 44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. 45 But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me. 46 Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? 47 He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.”

Now as far as the OP question - I would vote for neither - I would either vote 3rd party - or just make a write in vote - Which I often do. Many times I have voted for myself!

To me their sexuality holds no barring either way. I'd vote for them if I thought they were good for the country

I actually have issues with someone though who is claiming to be a real Christian, and yet sees nothing wrong with active gay life, like mayor pete!

Buddy, we've been through this before. I'm side B. I'll never act on my same sex attraction.
And as for who I'm willing to vote for, I don't believe America should be run as a Christian nation, so of course I don't care if the person I'm voting for happens to be actively living a gay life. We've also been over this before, and that discussion runs nowhere as you just keep repeating the same things over and over no matter how many times I answer you. We have different philosophies, get over it.

Seems to me you're the one getting your boxers in a twist tbh. You can't accept that I simply choose to vote differently than you.

BTW, we both agree that same sex sexual activity is a sin--that's what side B MEANS. Side A is fully affirming. I thought this was made clear in previous discussions.
