We often read about the Russian troops shelling and killing Ukrainian citizens (BTW, almost never Ukrainian troops shelling into cities in Ukraine with Russian citizens). Here is one reason why: The Ukranian army has a deliberate policy of firing from civilian residences - obviously, in many cases, with civilians nearby.

Such announcements appeared on the doors in the entrances of apartment buildings in the city of Kharkov, on the territory of eastern Ukraine. As far as I know, the same announcements were made in other cities on the territory of Ukraine. The Ukrainian authorities do not hide what firing positions are doing in the apartments and houses of citizens. It is especially funny to read that they guarantee the safety of property. Imagine what will happen to a person's apartment where armed people installed weapons in the windows:
