Cohen Has Knowledge of Russia Campaign Conspiracy Lawyer Says

Where is the Russian collusion in this?

 

Just asking for a friend. If he is a smart street lawyer, how did he get convicted of giving his client illegal advice and why is he going to prison for a long time? If he is a smart street lawyer, why did he get involved with Lanny Davis, who got him a prison sentence for paying off a blackmailer? If he is a smart street lawyer, why isn't the blackmailer being charged with anything? Just asking for a friend.

 

This is all wishful thinking. I think there will be no there there for the POTUS after the smoke clears.

It is not illegal to make a cash payment to a porn actress who is blackmailing you. Cohen was the lawyer and Trump was the client. Cohen knew the law so if Cohen did something illegal, then he is a criminal as you say and Cohen should go to prison, where he should be aware that Muslims poison your food. I don't think lawyers do very well in prison. It is surprising to see a rich lawyer convicted of anything so petty as paying off a porn actress but Mueller is injecting sex into his investigation--is Stormy Daniels, which is a stage name, Russian?

Well, isn't it a shame to have a little bit of money--nothing in comparison to Bill Gates or Carlos Slim or the lords of silicon valley, the richest oligarchs in the history of the world: Zuckerberg, Dorsey, Page, and Brin--and come up with such bad legal representation? I know that I would have a difficult time deciding on a lawyer here in Indianapolis, and I am acquainted with a lot of them from when I worked downtown. As for the Islam practice of poisoning your food, I read about a case in Olney prison, did you hear about it? Don't misunderstand me, I think that Cohen should be locked up and the key thrown away just for hiring Lanny Davis.

 

Sje was NEVER brought to a trial, not before ajudge nor Jury, and even the FBI director at the time saw her guilty, but to save her, he changed the legal definition of what constituted a felony!

 

The frustrating thing is that Cohen took the plea deal for things that he did not even do that were illegal!

 

There is none,a s the fake media and lobs realize that there never was any to start with!

 

And she did not stay silent either and took the money, too. She is so homely to me, yuck. I hope Cohen does very hard time with no parole and no pardon.

 

This is true. But that is not one of the crimes that Cohen plead guilty to.

These guys do a good job of addressing Dershowitz's statements which are true ... to an extent.

I also found this interesting article about Dershowitz which explains how his opposition to the Muller investigation might be consistent with his previous legal views. It seems that the concern Dershowitz has is less about the threat that Trump poses to American democracy but the lengths to which Trump's opposition may go could be the greater threat. It definitely is a view worth considering and my personal view is that the response to Trump is vitally important for the survival of American democracy and what comes after Trump (whether from the right or the left) has a large potential to be much more harmful than Trump.

‘What Happened to Alan Dershowitz?’

 

Dershowitz has always been a liberal Democrat and he voted for Hillary. But he is not a leftist. A lot of his critics are Jew haters. Dershowitz was the leading law professor at Harvard and in the USA; he recently retired. His legal advice is solid traditional American law.

There were no campaign funds given to the porn star and it was a personal expenditure that had nothing to do with Russia or anything else about the campaign. The last that I heard the porn star was appearing at a strip joint in Columbus, Ohio.

 

America doesn't have a democracy. It is a Constitutional Republic. Trump if making it better not worse.
