Muffin has been sent to his room. He was a bad boy. He is usually so smart. I hope he got the message after I yelled at him. I think he was jealous of a lost puppy. By the time, I punished Muffin, the puppy had disappeared. Probably heard me yelling at Muffin and thought I don't want this person to help me.
I agree mice are easier to get rid of than roaches. Well, we know what we will be doing on Saturday.

I had a CT Scan on my neck this afternoon, but couldn't do the MRI.
Can you say Claustrophobia??!?
And this was what they called an Open MRI!!
I'd hate to see the regular closed one!!!!!
We're going to try again next Friday, and I'll have a pill to take to make me drowsy. Sedated was actually the word they used. It's Ativan, which I used while on chemo. Maybe I'll just sleep through the whole thing!

My MRI was clear . They don't know what caused anything but it's over. I'm feeling much better
I am back at my job. Seems i'm needed there.

Morning all:
It's warm and humid here. The full moon casts some eerie shadows out here in the country. On both sides of us, the new neighbors have seemed to be nice so far. We haven't really had a chance to talk to them, though I did have an opportunity the other day to wave to one of them.
Please, if you think about me today, keep me in prayer. Some know of the situation I'm facing, some don't...it's not life or death for me, but could be for the church we attend. It's still a mess. I'm going to be trying to finish my sermon prep today.
I'm praying for ya'll.

It's warm and humid here. The full moon casts some eerie shadows out here in the country. On both sides of us, the new neighbors have seemed to be nice so far. We haven't really had a chance to talk to them, though I did have an opportunity the other day to wave to one of them.

Lea: Happy you're back to 'normal'.
Tony: Standing with you in prayer.
Blackbird: They don't make it that easy on you for these tests...
We had another bad storm last night with lots of rain. I either did not have had the buckets postitioned right, or we sprung some new leaks, because the carpet on the sunporch is soaked!
More thunderstorms expected this morning, then cooler temperatures next week. 80s tomorrow and high 79s next week.
Hubby has to work from 5-10 this morning. It looks like no outside work will get done today (with the wet conditions). I'm sure glad he mowed last week...

Hey everyone!
Time for that first cup of coffee. I need it bad this morning for some reason. I guess me week is catching up with me. Oh well, I'll have to get over it cause I gotta cacth up with the house!
Speaking of catching things, Hairwolf is busy trying to snag pepperoni off the last piece of last night's pizza, still in the box.
She loves pepperoni!
Sue, open your windows or put some fans out on that sunporch so the carpet will dry without mildewing. damp plus heat = mildew. yuck!
Okay, Hairwolf has decided I'm better game than the pizza and is attacking me! It's too early for this, wherre's my coffee?!

Well, it's too wet to reroof, but I am paying Bobby for gas to bring Brent home. They should be in sometime this evening.
Dale, Shawna (used to be in construction business with her husband), and Brent (my SIL) are going to start the roof Monday. Hopefully by Monday evening it will be finished. The sunporch is not very large.
The annual Balloon Fest is going on next weekend. We always enjoy watching all the hot air balloons going overhead. We like the flea markets and 'fair food' too!

Hey there!
Just popping in to say that my daughter just found out that she is hired for her first teaching job!!!! She will be covering Art (her major) and Home Ec. at a Christian elementary school near us. Whoo Hoo! And Praise the Lord!!!
