Cooling Animals Down as Things Heat Up at the Fair

Indiana had to build a new sheep barn at the State Fair and they air conditioned it. Some farmers had been leaving their best sheep at home because of the extreme heat. All of the exhibit buildings are now air conditioned after years when it was not in the budget.
