    Thanks for posting this so quickly! It was way ahead of places such as the Persecution Report, which has a report now. I have read that Egypt still operates under Turkish law concerning other faiths so that all building permits have to be approved by the President of Egypt. Even under Mubarak it was impossible to make major repairs or give anything a coat of paint. And Mubarak often stood by while the Coptic Orthodox Christians were attacked. The current bloodbath is against Christians and the Hudson Institute, a think tank in Washington DC, has recently taken in a religious foundation that tracks the issue of religious freedom worldwide. During the Cinderella years of Indianapolis in the 1980s when we were the only booming city in the industrial belt (then called the rust belt), the Hudson Institute was re-located here in the Midwest from New York before moving back east. Hudson Institute recently started a new website that is very informative:
