County Tax cuts

    The Ononadaga County (NY) county Executive has just released her budget for the next fiscal year. Spending has been cut by 3.5%. The average homeowner will see property tax reduced by about five dollars. That may not be much, but at least, they wont be increased.
    How is it being done? There will be no county employee layoffs - but no pay raise either.

    Looks like a budget can be cut.
