Cop-killer Robert "Bam-Bam" Lawrence has just had his life sentenced reduced because the SCOTUS has said that life is a cruel and unusual punishment for a minor.

They're saying a 16-year-old undertaking to identify, target and kill an undercover narcotics investigator doesn't deserve life?

If a 16-year-old thinks he's man enough to pick up a gun and take a life, he's man enough to do the time.
