culture shock

    Mrs. M. is a brilliant lady, but that was her first time in Japan--lookout for culture shock!

    Dr. M. had been here before, and was delighted with how all the Japanese slurped the noodles at our favorite ramen restaurant. So that second trip with Mrs. M. he really wanted her to hear all that slurping. However, unfortunately we lived some distance away from that restaurant. We went to a different restaurant, and hardly anyone was there. Dr. M. was sure disappointed that Mrs. M. didn't get to hear all that slurping! Alas! [​IMG]
