Does any one know what version followed the KJV and when that was? What about the rest of the versions until now?

One of the appendices in Waites "The King James Bible Defended" has a list of Bibles published from Wycliffe until the mid-20th century. It lists the KJV as the 17th complete English Bible (29th if you include NT translations), and from 1611 until the 1800s there were hundreds. Unfortunately I cannot find my copy right now, maybe someone else here has a copy and can look it up for you.
