    Interestingly, or at least in my opinion, New Zealand does NOT have a written constitution as such.....this GOGGLED me. There are Acts and the Treaty of Waitangi. It is still a dominion of Britain which means one can take a court to the high court in Britain, which is no longer the case in Australia.

    It seems a bit weird to have to flog over to the other side of the world to persue justice....I guess the American fathers felt the same about paying taxes to a country a long long way away and not getting much in return.
