My opinion is that the elitism of the liberal progressive element within the Democratic Party has nearly destroyed the Party and brought it to the brink of the bottomless pit (I was a JFK Democrat before Roe vs. Wade).
Folks got a little weary of hearing our president's pastor curse America along with his own words about us such as "clinging to their guns and bibles", being called a "basket of irredeemable deplorables" by his hopeful successor and being told via Nancy Pelosi that we would have to wait for the Obama Care Bill to pass so that we could find out whats in it (a pack of lies). These are the tip of the iceberg.
In addition we were subject to Alinsky style tactics 24X7 if we and/or our representatives disagreed with these self proclaimed elite who knew better how we should run our lives in spite of their own personal corruption.
