    President Biden should take the negotiators for both sides and put them in a room with no windows, no toilet, no water, and no food, and tell them until they make a deal and sign it, that they are not getting out of the room, and then lock the door. Also, have a camera installed, so that in case they try to take a nap, loud music can be blasted into the room to keep them awake.
