    If you are bound you are not willing to do anything. Learning also has been determined, so debate by a determinist is futile and a waste.

    No, icon would be stating that ALL created things are given as much 'free will' as allowed by their Creator to have, he alone has absolute free will, and we as sinners are bound up and in bondage due to that condition!
