    Not all accept the trichotomy of man. Many of us believe body, soul/spirit. A theology cannot hinge on one aspect that divides theologians of equal importance and soundness.

    God is a spirit, God, the Son has a body, once mortal now glorified.

    The point that I am driving at is that if He was speaking in a Spriit form, then there was a point where His Spirit was dead also.
