Discussing non-Baptist religions

As per the title - this web site is Called Baptist-Board. The reason is that this board is a vehicle for Baptists to discuss a variety of doctrine issues. Since there are well over 100 Baptist denominations - we have a wide variety of beliefs, especial since even some beliefs will vary within a denomination and even within a local church as one of our beliefs is Baptist Soul liberty.

We do invite non-Baptists to read these discussion, however we do ask that they not post in the Baptist-only section. Thus the reason for the "Other Christian Denomination" forum.
The main purpose of this section is for non-Baptists to ask honest question about the Baptist Faith. In addition comments and questions of the posters religion may be asked - BUT it will not progress to the point of attempting to proselytize others. Once a point has been made -move on to another point.

There may be further instructions given on this subject if necessary.

These long posts and extra long threads have seen their last day.

If you want extensive discussion of Catholic Doctrine, I am sure there are plenty of Catholic discussion boards you can utilize.

You see - it appears that RC's will not change their views and us Baptists have no desire to submit to the Roman Catholic pope - then it comes down to "Agree to disagree" If you are unable to do that, then the purpose being here has been lost.
