I can show you where the English maintains the meaning while you will try to show me where the Greek doesn't.
That does not make the slightest bit of sense, but then most of what HG says leaves me scratching my head :)

I know how to use the Strong's concordance fairly well. It has been widely accepted except when some one tries to correct it.

So if someone points out fault lines in the KJV they are considered "Bible Correctors" within the eyes of KJVO people. If someone improves on an edition of a Bible concordance they also get to be smeared by KJVO folks?

Are you against The Strongest Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible?

To answer the both of you, and by both i do not include whatever is said by those on "ignore": I can show where the English is taken from the Greek and is maintained. You will deny the Greek says what it says.

If that isn't plain enough for you two, then that will explain why you have to keep considering other versions because no one can say it plain enough for you. You will be like those who keep searching and never come to the knowledge of the truth.

You realize that Strong's is very basic, giving two or three words, when the BAGD lexicon often takes several pages.

i have used the KJV for many years and done some comparisons to the versions which comes from what some call the Majorioty texts.
Which versions from the Majority text did you compare?

I find it interesting that one would know so much about interpretation and translation not knowing the source language.

Because everyone isn't a Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic student, and even if we all were, then we would remain subject to our teachers who might not even know God.

So now you may start attacking the KJV translators but don't forget, God used a murderer to give us five books, an adulterer to give us many Psalms, and some other deviants to also give us inspired words from the mind of God.
Seems to me that the first and last paragraphs are contradictory.

Poor work and good work is done by those on both sides of the fence.

Translation must be done by someone who has integrity and skill.

Ruckman and Riplinger are heretics who are so misled and deceived that I would not trust one word from them because of their lack of skill and proven abundance of ignorance.

A majority doesn't make God subject to a democratic systematic theology.

Any lexicon that gives a full
view of the language translated into another is very well appreciated

How many books do you have published on the subject?

Are the holy men, who are so close to being like the same holy men that were moved of God to pen His word, somehow subject to your opinion that give us ample resources to show us all there is nothing wrong with the KJV?

I mean, did the translators fail at your school of language study?

Maybe your "fence' is a wall that should take Eph 2:14 into consideration?

Are you calling the KJV "poor work"? Of course you are!

If you have a problem with these people may I ask you to go face to face with them and STOP running your brethren down!

I haven't called anyone names as you have. Maybe your words will hang you?

Like some more rope?

That wasn't the question. You said you that have "done some comparisons to the versions which comes from what some call the Majorioty texts." My question is what versions that come from the Majority texts have you compared?

Yes. And Strong's is very inadequate in this respect.

Can you quote me where I wrote the KJV is a poor work? Please give the post number and URL.

Proverbs 18:17, "The first to plead his case seems right, until another comes and examines him."

Misquotes out of context are lies.

In Spanish ¿Cómo estás? and ¿Cóma está? translate with the same exact words but have much different usages.

Studying Spanish in context would reveal the difference.

It is much the same way with any language.

I am unable to find that Strong's reveals what it means to be "in Christ".

The translators of the KJV did not make such lofty claims of themselves as the KJVO folks do about the translators. I found it astounding that the KJVO folks would add words to what the translators actually wrote.

Um, their absence of making the claim makes them holy and humble. Some people realize this fact, others keep attacking anyone they deem as being "KJVO" in some very underhanded ways.
