Does Barak and Michelle have a law license?

She “voluntarily surrendered” her license in 1993. Let me explain what that means. A “Voluntary Surrender” is not something where you decide “Gee, a license is not really something i need anymore, is it?” and forget to renew your license. No, a “Voluntary Surrender” is something you do when you’ve been accused of something, and you ‘voluntarily surrender” your license about five seconds before the state suspends (or disbars) you.

But when I searched for “Obama”, I found this:

“Voluntarily retired” — what does that mean? Bill Clinton hung onto his law license until he was convicted of making a false statement in the Lewinsky case and had to “Voluntarily Surrender” his license too....Something else odd; while the Search feature brings up the names, any seaches for the Disciplinary actions ends quicky....As in, “there’s a block on that information” kind of thing.

So we have the first Lawyer President and First Lady — who don’t actually have licenses to practice law.

You have to accept public record. Facts are facts and I provided public records. Second no one just gives up their license regardless if they are or are not currently practicing law there. so how did they lose their licenses?

I am no fan of this president. I think he should be impeached for ordering the execution of a US citizen without a trial, but thus tired old stuff...

I would contend the dynamatic duel are still residents of Ill. They are simply in DC on a temporary basis (not to exceede 4 years raying: ) due to got service.

It was the same thing when I was in the military - I was still a resident of NY (and I was required to pay NY State Taxes) Thus the reason I offically changed my residence to Texas - after I had lived there!

None of the president's opponents in either the primaries or general election found this out. None of his opponents in Congress know about it, even Snopes has been fooled, but we on the Baptist Board are all in on this little secret.

Shouldn't someone call their Republican Congressman and tell them about this death knell for the Obamas?

I read the snopes account and the situation sounds no different than if I let my teaching license go into inactive status because I'm doing something else. (A serious consideration btw).

Same as the fact that my spouse's real estate license is inactive, since she is no longer in that business.
